Welcome to the VEFC Awana
We as parents have the awesome responsibility to train and love our children as they prepare to become adults. The AWANA club is a program that we have chosen as a church to assist you to that end.
The AWANA program is strong in the memorization of Scripture, discipline, and fostering character that is pleasing to the Lord.
OUR PROGRAM – Our AWANA program offers clubs for boys and girls from ages 3 through 6th grade. The following will help you know what club your child should be in.
TRANSPORTATION & CHECK-IN
Parents bringing kids to club should park in the ALLEY lot.
If you are just dropping off clubbers, please follow the Traffic Guy.
Cubbies (3 & 4 yrs.) should be taken to their room (room 3).
Sparks (K-1st) should be taken to their room (room 6)
T & T Clubbers (3rd – 6th ) need to stop at the CHECK-IN table.
NEW… Do not drop off or pick up in the south parking lot by the walking bridge.
Our AWANA club secretary is located in Room 2 of the education wing. If you need to voice a concern, make an order (book, uniform or special item), or any other need please feel welcome to stop in from 6:00 – 7:45 p.m. Any other time you may reach her (Lynette Huber) at 627-6912.
