It has been said, “When you minister to the men, everyone wins.” Our men’s ministry here at VEFC wholeheartedly affirms this statement for several reasons. When men are equipped to walk closer with the Lord and given practical tools to better fulfill their God-given roles, everyone wins: his wife, his children, the church, the workplace, the community, and of course the man himself. The Apostle Paul exhorted the church in Corinth to “be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love” (I Cor. 16:13, 14).
